Thank you so much. I just finished leading a Vision board lab today. I realized how imperative it is to give ourselves time to imagine. As adults we sometimes forget the gift of imagination. Whether it's through meditation or just allowing ourselves to find nature- we need to take this kind of time for ourselves. Nature always stirs wonder and wonder can spark imagination.
