by turning off the grid mains you can run an inverter fed by a photovoltaic field to have energy at least on sun hours to run a heath pump with a boiler to stock hot water for climatization (also useful hot water for nighttime)

this can be obtaining modifying slightly the current market electronic device.

first of all we shoul all have a photovoltaic plant

then we can apply heat storage in the earth (I am currently obtaining a patent in Italy)
